CONDITIONS OF ENTRY The salon is open to amateur and professional photographers from all over
the world. Entrants must be authors of the works they submit.
Each participant may send maximum of 4 photographs to each section.
The organizer can use the exhibited works for reproduction in the catalogue
and for promotion without paying any author's fee.
DATA PROTECTION By entering this exhibition, you are
explicitly consenting to the personal details you have supplied,
including email addresses, being held, processed and used by the
exhibition organizers for purposes associated with this exhibition. You
also explicitly consent to such information being sent to organizations
which have accorded official recognition, patronage or accreditation to
this exhibition. You acknowledge and accept that entering this
exhibition means that the status and results of your entry may be made
public.

SECTIONS - There are three sections, all digital:
A) OPEN (color/monochrome digital)
B) WORLD IN FOCUS (color/monochrome digital)
C) EMOTIONS (color/monochrome digital)
- Each photo can be presented in only one section.
PICTURES CREATED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS SALON!
Pictures created by artificial intelligence are not allowed in salons run under FIAP patronage.
It is reminded that all parts of the image have to be photographed by the author who is holding
the copyright of all works submitted. Offenders will be sanctioned for life!
PHOTOGRAPHS AUTHORS MUST FILL OUT ENTRY FORM AND SUBMIT PHOTOS ONLINE www.obpc.eu Photos must be in JPG file format, maximum dimensions: 1920 pix. Horizontal side and 1080 pix. Vertical side in 300 dpi. compression 7-12, max 2Mb.
FILE NAMING
No requirements for file names, file name should be as you
would want it to appear in the catalogue (same as title name).
Our program will later add the necessary data .
Only English letters (a-z) are allowed.
ENTRY FEE
15 Eur. for all 3 sections
Possible ways of payment:
- PayPal transfer or
- Bank transfer (Euro zone) - IBAN: BE17 0015 7664 9821 of the Belgian Federation
- The works of the authors who did not pay the fee would not be taken into consideration.
REPORT CARD NOTIFICATIONS
All participants will receive report card notifications via e-mail.
The results of the exhibition will also be published on the website www.obpc.eu

The jury reserves the right to grant additional awards.
Each author can receive only one award in each of the section.
The decision of the jury is final and irrevocable, complaints are not possible.

Electronic Slide Show Program will be shown on a High resolution Full HD Projector.
NOTE:
"With the sole act of submitting his/her images or files to a salon under FIAP Patronage, the entrant accepts without exception and with no objection that the submitted images can be investigated by FIAP to establish if these obey to FIAP regulations and definitions even if the entrant is not a member of FIAP; that FIAP will use any means at its disposal for this undertaking; that any refusal to cooperate with FIAP or any refusal to submit the original files as captured by the camera, or failure to provide sufficient evidence, will be sanctioned by FIAP and that in case of sanctions following the non compliance with FIAP regulations, the name of the entrant will be released in any form useful to inform the breaches of the rules. It is recommended to leave the EXIF data in the submitted files intact in order to ease eventual investigations."
License agreement:
By submitting an entry, the entrant certifies legal Age, and own all rights to these images, including copyright or parents or guardians gives permission on his/her behalf if he/she is not of Legal Age.
The exhibition assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright.
